  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tablespoon milk (more if needed for consistency)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the mashed bananas, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until well mixed.
  3. Add the melted butter and stir until fully incorporated.
  4. Crack in the egg and pour in the vanilla extract, mixing until blended.
  5. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  6. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring gently until just combined.
  7. In a small bowl, mix together the brown sugar and ground cinnamon.
  8. Spread the softened butter evenly over the surface of the dough.
  9. Sprinkle the cinnamon-sugar mixture over the buttered dough, pressing it gently into the dough.
  10. Roll the dough into a tight log from one end.
  11. Cut the log into 1-inch thick slices using a sharp knife or dental floss.

  13. Cover the baking dish with a kitchen towel and let the rolls rise in a warm place for about 30 minutes.
  14. Bake the rolls in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown.
  15. Remove from the oven and let cool in the pan for about 10 minutes.
  16. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract.
