  • 1 package (12 oz) pretzel bites
  • 1 cup milk chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil (optional, for melting chocolate)

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar. Beat on medium speed until light and fluffy (2-3 minutes).
  2. Add vanilla extract and salt; mix until combined.
  3. Gradually add all-purpose flour, mixing on low speed until just incorporated.
  4. Fold in mini chocolate chips.
  5. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or transfer to an airtight container.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  7. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  8. Spread pretzel bites on a lined baking sheet, spaced evenly.
