Instructions
- Prepare Your Workspace: Lay out a piece of parchment paper or a silicone mat on your counter. Unroll your tube of refrigerated crescent roll dough onto your prepared surface and press the seams together to form a solid rectangle.
- Sauce It Up: Evenly spread a thin layer of pizza sauce over the entire surface of the dough rectangle.

- Fold and Cut: Fold the dough rectangle in half lengthwise and press down to seal the edges. Cut the folded dough into approximately 1-inch wide strips.
- Twist Them Up: Pick up each strip and gently twist it several times to form a spiral.
- Preheat & Arrange in Air Fryer: Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C). Lightly spray the air fryer basket with non-stick cooking spray and arrange the twisted dough strips in a single layer. Brush the tops with melted butter or olive oil.
