Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Step 2: Line your baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Step 3: In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Step 4: In another bowl, beat the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar together until light and fluffy.
- Step 5: Add the egg and vanilla extract to the butter-sugar mixture, mixing until well combined.
- Step 6: Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
- Step 7: Gently fold in the crushed cookies and cream cookies until evenly distributed.
- Step 8: Using a cookie scoop or tablespoon, drop rounded balls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each cookie.
- Step 9: Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are set but the centers are still soft.
- Step 10: As soon as you take the cookies out of the oven, gently press a chocolate kiss into the center of each cookie.
