- ½ cup ketchup
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, beaten egg, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian herbs, salt, and pepper.
- Using your hands or a spatula, gently mix all the ingredients together until just combined.
- Transfer the meat mixture to a baking sheet or a loaf pan and form it into a loaf shape, about 2 inches thick.
- For an extra layer of flavor, mix ketchup with brown sugar and spread it over the top of the meatloaf.
- Place the meatloaf in the preheated oven and bake for about 50-60 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Once cooked, remove the meatloaf from the oven and let it rest for about 10 minutes before slicing.
