  • 3 oz of cream cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, separate 3 egg whites from the yolks. Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form, then in another bowl, mix the yolks with 3 oz of cream cheese until smooth. Gently fold the egg whites into the yolk mixture until combined. Spread this mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet to form small, round clouds. Bake for 20 minutes until golden.
  3. While the cloud bread is baking, chop your chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces. In a mixing bowl, combine the chicken with olive oil, grated Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, and Italian seasoning. Mix well to ensure each piece is coated.
  4. Once the cloud bread is ready, take it out of the oven and let it cool slightly. Place a spoonful of the chicken mixture in the center of each cloud. Gently fold the edges over the filling to create a little pouch.
  5. Place the assembled chicken bombs back on the baking sheet and return them to the oven. Bake for an additional 15-20 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked and the tops are golden brown.
