  • Author: Lily author
  • Total Time: 25 minutes
  • Yield: 8 servings

Description

This delightful Non Non-Non-Alcoholic Alternativeic Christmas Punch is a vibrant medley of fruit juices and spices, perfect for holiday gatherings. Enjoy a sophisticated and refreshing drink that everyone can clink glasses with, without any alcohol.

Ingredients

  • Pure Cranberry Juice (Unsweetened or Lightly Sweetened)
  • Orange Juice (Freshly Squeezed if Possible)
  • Pomegranate Juice
  • Apple Cider (Non-Alcoholic)
  • Ginger Ale or Non-Alcoholic Sparkling Cider
  • Maple Syrup or Simple Syrup
  • Cinnamon Sticks
  • Star Anise
  • Whole Cloves
  • Orange Slices
  • Fresh Cranberries
  • Rosemary Sprigs

Instructions

  1. In a large punch bowl or pitcher, combine the cranberry juice, orange juice, pomegranate juice, and non-alcoholic apple cider. Stir them together gently to ensure they are well mixed.
  2. If you want a deeper spiced flavor, you can gently warm about 2 cups of the combined juice mixture in a saucepan with the cinnamon sticks, star anise, and whole cloves. Let it simmer for 5-10 minutes to allow the spices to infuse. Then, remove the spices and pour the infused juice back into the punch bowl with the remaining cold juice.
  3. Taste the juice mixture. Depending on the sweetness of your chosen juices and your personal preference, you might want to add some maple syrup or simple syrup. Start with 1/4 cup and stir well, then taste again, adding more a tablespoon at a time until it's just right.
  4. Cover the punch bowl or pitcher and refrigerate for at least 2-4 hours, or ideally overnight.
  5. Once you're ready to serve, remove the punch from the refrigerator. Gently pour in your ginger ale or non-alcoholic sparkling cider. Stir gently once or twice to combine.
  6. Add your garnishes: float fresh orange slices and cranberries directly in the punch. Tuck in a few rosemary sprigs for that lovely evergreen touch.
  7. Ladle the punch into individual glasses or mugs.

Keywords: Feel free to experiment with other festive juices! White grape juice can add sweetness without altering the color too much, or a splash of cherry juice for a darker hue. For a less sweet option, sparkling water or club soda can be used instead of ginger ale.
