- Ground beef
- Ground pork
- Shredded Gruyère cheese
- Chopped parsley
Instructions
- Gently toss the meatballs in the sauce to coat them evenly.
- Sprinkle the shredded Gruyère cheese over the meatballs and sauce. You can add more cheese if you like it extra cheesy!
- Cover the skillet and let it cook on low heat for about 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Serve the French Onion Meatballs hot, garnished with additional chopped parsley if desired. Enjoy!
