Savor the deliciousness of Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs, featuring a flavorful ground beef and cheese filling wrapped in flaky crescent roll dough, all brushed with a mouthwatering garlic butter glaze. Ideal for gatherings or a comforting family meal!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (optional for garnish)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
  2. Add the shredded cheddar cheese and grated Parmesan cheese, mixing until evenly incorporated.
  3. Cook a small amount of the mixture in a skillet to taste for seasoning and adjust if necessary.
  4. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  5. Open the can of crescent roll dough and unroll it onto a clean surface, separating it into triangles.
  6. Gently stretch each triangle to create more room for filling.
  7. Place about 2 tablespoons of the meat and cheese mixture in the center of each crescent triangle.
  8. Fold the corners of the dough over the filling, pinching the seams to seal.
  9. Place the assembled bombs seam-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  10. In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, and Italian seasoning. Mix well.
  11. After baking for about 10 minutes, brush the garlic butter mixture generously over the tops of each bomb.
  12. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 5-7 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
  13. Let the bombs cool for a few minutes on the baking sheet.
  14. Optionally, sprinkle with fresh chopped parsley for garnish.
  15. Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauces like ketchup, ranch dressing, or spicy aioli.

Notes

  • Feel free to customize the filling by adding vegetables or different spices to suit your taste.
  • These bombs can be made ahead of time and frozen before baking. Just add a few extra minutes to the baking time if baking from frozen.
