Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). While waiting, take a moment to grease an 8×8 baking pan with butter or non-stick spray.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the brownie mix, 2 eggs, 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil, and 5 tablespoons of water. Stir until you achieve a smooth, thick batter.
  3. In a separate bowl, blend together the softened cream cheese, 1 egg, and ⅓ cup of milk. Use an electric mixer for about 2 minutes until it's creamy and well incorporated.
  4. Add the banana pudding mix, whisking until the mixture thickens, which should take another 1-2 minutes.
  5. Spread half of the brownie batter evenly in the greased baking pan.
  6. Dollop spoonfuls of the banana pudding mixture on top of the brownie batter. Use a skewer or knife to create swirling patterns.
  7. Layer the remaining brownie mix over the banana pudding layer.
