Ingredients
Scale
- 1 box of your favorite Brownie mix
- 2 eggs
- 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil
- 5 tablespoons of water
- 6 ounces of cream cheese (softened)
- ⅓ cup of milk
- 1 small box of instant banana pudding mix
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). While waiting, take a moment to grease an 8×8 baking pan with butter or non-stick spray.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the brownie mix, 2 eggs, 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil, and 5 tablespoons of water. Stir until you achieve a smooth, thick batter.
- In a separate bowl, blend together the softened cream cheese, 1 egg, and ⅓ cup of milk. Use an electric mixer for about 2 minutes until it's creamy and well incorporated.
- Add the banana pudding mix, whisking until the mixture thickens, which should take another 1-2 minutes.
- Spread half of the brownie batter evenly in the greased baking pan.
- Dollop spoonfuls of the banana pudding mixture on top of the brownie batter. Use a skewer or knife to create swirling patterns.
- Layer the remaining brownie mix over the banana pudding layer.
- Add more dollops of the banana pudding mixture on top, swirling again for extra flavor infusion.
- Place the pan in the preheated oven and set the timer for 30 minutes. Check for doneness by inserting a toothpick into the center.
- Once done, remove the brownies from the oven and let them cool in the pan for at least 15 minutes.

Keywords: Be cautious not to overmix your brownie batter; this can lead to a tough texture. For a more pronounced banana flavor, try adding mashed ripe bananas to the pudding mixture.
