Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine 1 pound of ground chicken, 1 cup of breadcrumbs, 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese, 1/4 cup of chopped fresh parsley, and 1 medium onion, finely chopped. Add 2 minced garlic cloves.
  3. Crack in 1 egg to help bind the mixture together. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix everything until well combined, but be careful not to overmix.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a lined or greased loaf pan. Shape it into a loaf form, smoothing the top.
