- 1 head of garlic
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 4 ounces prosciutto, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped (or 1 teaspoon dried rosemary)
- 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped (or 1 teaspoon dried thyme)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Slice off the top of the head of garlic to expose the cloves.
- Drizzle the exposed garlic with olive oil.
- Wrap the garlic head in aluminum foil tightly.
- Place on a baking sheet and roast for 30-35 minutes until soft and golden brown.
- Let cool, then squeeze the roasted garlic cloves into a bowl to form a creamy paste.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese and sour cream. Blend until smooth.
- Add the roasted garlic paste and mix well.
- Fold in the grated Parmesan cheese until evenly distributed.
- Gently fold in the chopped prosciutto.
- Add the chopped fresh rosemary and thyme, stirring to combine.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or transfer to a serving dish and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- Stir the dip before serving to restore its creamy consistency.
- Transfer to a serving bowl and garnish with fresh parsley.
- Serve with crackers, sliced baguette, or fresh vegetables.
