Ingredients
For the Dough:

3 1/4 cups all-purpose flour

1 packet (2 1/4 tsp) instant yeast

1/4 cup granulated sugar

1/2 tsp salt

3/4 cup warm milk (around 110°F)

1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted

1 egg
For the Cheesecake Filling:

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1/3 cup powdered sugar
-
1 tsp vanilla extract
For the Strawberry Layer:

1/2 cup strawberry jam or preserves

Optional: 1/2 cup fresh chopped strawberries
For the Cinnamon Sugar:

1/4 cup softened butter
-
1/3 cup brown sugar
-
1 tsp cinnamon
For the Cream Cheese Glaze:

4 oz cream cheese, softened
-
2 tbsp butter, softened
-
1 cup powdered sugar
-
1–2 tbsp milk
-
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions

In a large bowl, combine warm milk, yeast, and sugar. Let sit 5 minutes.

Add egg, melted butter, salt, and flour. Mix until a soft dough forms. Knead for 5–7 minutes (by hand or with dough hook).

Cover the dough and let rise in a warm place for 1 hour or until doubled.

Meanwhile, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Set aside.

Mix cinnamon sugar filling: stir together softened butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon.

Roll dough out on floured surface into a 16×12″ rectangle.

Spread cinnamon sugar mixture over dough, followed by cheesecake filling, then strawberry jam.

Roll up tightly from long side. Slice into 12 even rolls.

Place in a greased or parchment-lined 9×13 baking dish. Cover and rise for 30–45 minutes.

Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25–30 minutes, until golden and cooked through.

While baking, make glaze: beat all glaze ingredients until smooth and pourable.

Drizzle glaze over warm rolls and serve immediately!
Notes

Use room temp cream cheese so it spreads smoothly.

Don’t overfill—too much jam may cause leaks (but caramelized edges = yum).

Use unflavored dental floss to slice cleanly.

You can prep the night before and bake fresh in the morning.

Freeze baked rolls (unglazed) and glaze after reheating.
