- 200g Feldsalat (Lamb's Lettuce)
- 1 cup raw Walnuts
- 150g Feta Cheese, crumbled
- 3 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 tablespoon Balsamic Vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
- 1 teaspoon Honey or Maple Syrup
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
Instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk together 3 tablespoons of olive oil, 1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar, and 1 teaspoon of Dijon mustard. Add 1 teaspoon of honey or maple syrup, salt, and pepper to taste. Set this aside to let the flavors meld.
- Rinse the Feldsalat under cold water to remove any dirt. Spin it in a salad spinner or pat it dry with a clean kitchen towel.
