  • 8 oz American Cheese
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup Dill Pickles, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup Onion, finely diced
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup Ketchup
  • 2 tbsp Yellow Mustard
  • 1/4 cup Sweet Pickle Relish
  • 1 tbsp White Vinegar
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tsp Paprika

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, crumble and cook the ground beef until completely browned. Drain off any excess grease.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine mayonnaise, ketchup, yellow mustard, sweet pickle relish, white vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika. Whisk until smooth and creamy.
  3. Lightly grease the bottom and sides of your slow cooker. Layer half of the cooked ground beef, half of the American cheese, half of the special sauce, and half of the chopped dill pickles and diced onions in the crockpot. Repeat with the remaining ingredients, finishing with a layer of cheese on top.
  4. Cover the crockpot and cook on LOW for 2 to 3 hours, or on HIGH for 1 to 1.5 hours, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  5. Stir the dip well to combine all layers. Garnish with sesame seeds, shredded lettuce, and extra chopped dill pickles before serving.
