Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz light rum
  • 1 oz blue curaçao
  • 1 oz cream of coconut
  • 2 oz pineapple juice
  • 1/2 oz lime juice optional, for brightness
  • Crushed ice or ice cubes

Instructions

  • In a cocktail shaker, combine rum, blue curaçao, cream of coconut, pineapple juice, and lime juice.
  • Add ice and shake vigorously for 15–20 seconds.
  • Strain into a tall glass filled with crushed ice.
  • Garnish with a pineapple wedge, cherry, or umbrella.

Blender Method (Optional):

  • Add all ingredients to a blender with 1 to 1 ½ cups of ice.

  • For a frozen slushy version, always blend with ice.
  • No cream of coconut? Try full-fat coconut milk + a little simple syrup.
