Ingredients

  • 2 cans 8 oz each refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 2 8 oz packages cream cheese, softened
  • ¾ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup butter melted
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • Optional Add-ins: Add a layer of fruit preserves Nutella, or chocolate chips for extra flavor!

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with butter or nonstick spray.
  • Make the cheesecake filling: In a bowl, beat together cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  • Assemble the cheesecake:
  • Unroll one can of crescent roll dough and press it into the bottom of the baking dish.
  • Spread the cheesecake filling evenly over the dough.
  • Unroll the second can of crescent roll dough and place it over the filling.
  • Add the topping:
  • Brush the melted butter over the top.
  • Sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon for a sweet, golden crust.
  • Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.
  • Cool for at least 20 minutes before slicing.
