- 1 cup rolled oats
- ½ cup natural peanut butter xylitol-free
- ¼ cup mashed banana or canned pumpkin
- 1 tbsp ground flaxseed optional
- 1 –2 tbsp water if needed to adjust consistency
In a mixing bowl, combine oats, peanut butter, banana or pumpkin, and flaxseed.
Stir until a thick dough forms. Add water 1 tbsp at a time if the mixture is too dry.
Use a tablespoon or small cookie scoop to portion and roll into bite-sized balls.
Place rolled treats on a parchment-lined tray or plate.
Chill in the fridge for 1 hour, or until firm.
