Ingredients

  • 2 cans 16 oz total refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup mini pepperoni or chopped pepperoni
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ¼ cup unsalted butter melted
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes optional
  • cups marinara or pizza sauce for serving

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a bundt pan or 9x13-inch baking dish generously.
  • Cut biscuit dough into quarters and place in a large mixing bowl.
  • Add mozzarella, pepperoni, Parmesan, garlic, red pepper flakes, Italian seasoning, and melted butter. Toss until evenly coated.
  • Transfer the dough mixture into the greased pan, pressing gently to pack it in.
  • Bake for 35–40 minutes, or until the top is deeply golden and the center is cooked through.
  • Let it rest for 10–15 minutes before carefully inverting onto a serving plate if using a bundt pan.
  • Serve warm with marinara or pizza sauce on the side for dipping.

Notes

  • For a crispier finish, sprinkle a little extra Parmesan on top before baking.
  • No bundt pan? A loaf pan or casserole dish works too — just adjust baking time as needed.
  • Make it vegetarian by skipping the pepperoni and adding mushrooms or olives.
  • Want to prep ahead? Assemble in the pan and refrigerate for up to 24 hours before baking.
